By using the Glennda's Tutoring website, submitting an inquiry, or enrolling in tutoring services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide K–5 tutoring in reading, writing, mathematics, study skills, homework support, and test preparation through one-on-one and small-group formats, in-person in Baltimore County and virtually throughout Maryland. Session details, schedules, and pricing are confirmed at enrollment.

Consultations & enrollment

Free consultations are informational and do not guarantee availability or enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed when both parties agree to a tutoring plan and any required agreements and payments are completed.

Scheduling, cancellation & attendance

Families receive cancellation and rescheduling policies before services begin. Missed sessions without timely notice may be counted against purchased session credits according to the policy provided at enrollment.

Payments & refunds

Fees for packages and sessions are due as described in your enrollment agreement. Refund and credit policies vary by package type and will be disclosed in writing before purchase.

Parent & guardian responsibilities

• Provide accurate student and contact information
• Ensure a suitable learning environment for virtual sessions
• Communicate scheduling changes promptly
• Support agreed-upon practice between sessions when recommended

Limitation of liability

Tutoring supports academic growth but does not guarantee specific grades or test outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glennda's Tutoring is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled families. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
